This webinar will introduce the new guide “The Double Diamond in OHS Management: Your guide to solving OHS problems using the Double Diamond process”. You will learn about the basics of the Design Thinking approach and how it can be applied in occupational health and safety OHS management. The webinar will focus on the Double Diamond process model for inquiring and solving complex OHS problems in participatory workshops facilitated by OHS professionals or Ergonomics and Human Factors specialists. The guide was first published in Danish and can be found as an e-book here https://designthinking.dtu.dk. Thanks to funding from NES, the guide is now translated into English and will soon be available at the same website. At the webinar you will meet the authors of the guide, Sisse Grøn and Ole Broberg.
